With the success of the first event in 2011, the conference has been expanded into a two-day forum. This year’s focus is “Discovering The Best Postal System For American Society’s Future,” and is designed to provide an open and honest dialog to examine ideas, share knowledge, and produce actions for influencing the future.
After a morning panel discussion and presentations from speakers including Postmaster General Patrick Donahoe, Swain will be kicking off Tuesday afternoon with the Digital Layer discussion on digital disruption, the perceived value of the U.S. Postal Service, and where it can add value in the future.

The conference will consider the direction of postal congressional activity and will conclude with a panel of postal policy makers who will discuss the key conference themes and the solutions offered from a regulatory perspective.
